Contact Center Manager
Competencies / Skills & Knowledge: 
  • University graduate
  • Minimum 6 years in call centre with proven management skills with two years in call centre
  • Minimum 4 years banking experience
  • Familiarity with Call Center technologies
  • Familiar with Call Center Industry Standards and Best Practices
  • Ability to work in crosses functional teams in multi-product environment
  • Dynamic, results-operation approach to work
  • Adaptable, versatile and capable of managing changes
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and people skills
  • Ability to communicate with people of all levels
