Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the following position:

Assistant Manager - Customer Research
Requirements & Experience:
  • Graduate in Business Management, Quality Management, Banking, Economics or related subject
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in customer research either as a client or research agency experience with proven experience of applied quantitative and qualitative tools
  • Experience of being involved in the facilitation of the workshops/ focus groups
  • Experience of being involved in developing a balance score card for service sector
  • Having deep research analytics skills
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working in a Bank or as an account manager for a bank with specific experience on consumer, wholesale and treasury clients and processes
