Field Sales Officer
Reporting to the Sales Manager – the role holder would operationally, tactically and analytically execute the sales activities required to meet the individual and team assigned revenue generation targets for the assigned team (either revenue/ market expansion or activations/ labour camps of indirect channels sales teams).
All leads must be entered on the sales force management system and accuracy, timeliness of data input and correction is the role holder’s responsibility. Daily reporting is a must and the role holder is fully accountable to ensure all reports are submitted on time and as requested by line management.
Our ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the telecoms industry and/or FMCG, local work experience with own car and driving licence is strongly preferred. Must have a minimum of high-school education supported by strong practical working experience in a telecom field sales role.
